Dr. Cruz-Orcutt is wonderfully detailed and open to all cares and concerns! The reception staff & hygienists are equally caring, professional and welcoming. Appointments are easy to make and maintain during busy work weeks. Mint Springs will be caring for my teeth indefinitely ~ Thank you!

Since my move to Nora Springs, Iowa 25 years ago I have been going to this Dental office. Now that the transition has been made and the Polkings have retired I am seeing Dr. Noemi. She is a wonderful, caring Dentist who is very knowledgeable. This office has always had the best professional staff, whether its the front desk or the hygienist. I feel very well cared for here and know that I am surrounded by intelligent, kind and caring people. This is the best office for all your dental needs.
I have been going to this dentist office for quite awhile now and I continuously have great experiences. My last experience was replacing my two front teeth with crowns. Obviously that is a nerve racking procedure because you want it to look good. Dr. Noemi Cruz-Orcutt and her whole staff were so accommodating. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I HIGHLY recommend their dentist office!!!
I was referred to Mint Springs by a good friend, and it’s the best thing that ever happened to me !???? I used to be nervous about going to dentists, but now I actually look forward to it !! From the minute you walk into the office , Shannon and Elise (not sure about spelling of names????) make you feel welcome, and comfortable.???? Dr. Cruz-Orcutt is absolutely amazing ! She is kind, gentle, warm, smart, has a great personality ,and explains the procedures, treatment plans, etc. so well ! Her Assistant Kim F. Is also fantastic, and was patient with all my questions !! I haven’t met the hygenists yet, but am looking forward to it. Another thing that is wonderful is the way they explain the exact cost of upcoming procedures . (Since I don’t have insurance it’s nice to know the financial stuff up front !), also I feel the prices of services are very reasonable . Everyone in the office made me feel relaxed (and at ease !), I actually leave the office with a smile on my face !! ????. If you’re looking for a great dentist give Dr.Cruz, and her awesome staff a try - you’ll be very, very happy that you did !!
Dr. Cruz-Orcutt and her assistant Elyse did an outstanding job filling / smoothing out my 4 front teeth (2 top, 2 bottom) this morning. They were wearing down and were getting really thin and rough. The color match and smoothness is perfect! She's an artist at what she does! No novocaine, no pain, in and out in 45min.
